03) Thumbnails must link to a picture! NO BLIND LINKS.
04) No underage, No animals, No incest, No rape, No Scat!
05) Don't Change your gallery After it Has Been submitted it will be deleted!
06) The content must be on the same domain as the site.
07) No Full Page Ads (FPA) of any kind.
08) No Free Hosted sites - go buy a domain & some hosting.
09) If we just plain do not like the site (this happens when I'm in a bad mood)
10) Always use same email. That really works.
11) Only 1 submit per day per webmaster.
